The Capitol offers comfortable environs and plush interiors, making it a good choice for business travel to Bangalore. Its accommodation is spacious and cozy, as well as efficiency enhancing, with complete amenities, and also relaxation enhancing with large bathtubs equipped bathrooms. That said, there have been some complaints about service and many of its guests have rated it as a 3 star, the management is determined to resolve these issues before the season, 2007.

The Capitol, Bangalore also offers 6 Luxurious Banquet Halls for Meetings, Conferences and Celebrations, which can accommodate twenty to over a thousand persons.
